OUR PROCESS
Working Together

We typically start conversations for a potential project with an initial phone call or email to discuss your project at a high level.
From there, we’ll coordinate an in-home consultation so we can see the space and walk it together.
After we have a better idea of your plans, plus any we’ve discussed during the consultation, our team will provide a project estimate to help you gauge cost.
Once we have alignment, we’ll engage an architect if the project requires it, and a designer, if you prefer one. We have great recommendations and relationships across the industry, and are always open to suggestions you bring to the project, too.

Now that all potential partners are pulled into the project, we can begin understanding the full picture.
At this point, our team will develop an itemized proposal that acts as a project budget, detailing all the elements from construction to design.
This is where selections begin - from flooring and tile, to cabinets, to lighting. Many choices are made here to help us finalize the overall contract and set us up for efficiency during active construction.
After your review and approval, we finalize your contract and move into a more logistical phase of securing any permits, HOA approvals, etc to begin active construction on your project.

After much thoughtful planning and collaboration, construction begins!
Your project will have a dedicated project manager that will be present and active on site every week.
Through both direct contact and our project management system, you can expect regular communication around status and updates for your project as it progresses forward.
As your project nears completion, we will host a final walk through to ensure we have captured every point of the project and address any final touches.

Once your project is fully complete, our team will deliver a comprehensive warranty book covering every detail of your project.
